Hi @sakshi.m - great question! At Ushur, we do our best to keep our hierarchy as flat and streamlined as possible. We only add management layers when we believe it improves the employee experience and helps support business communications. Even when we do have management layers we attempt to provide a variety of forums for employees to interact with our executive team.
